URBAN DESIGN GUIDELINES

The U District Partnership (UDP) and City of Seattle are partnering to update the University District Design Guidelines, and we need your help. The U District received a historic rezone earlier this year and now the Design Guidelines that have been used in the neighborhood to inform development are no longer applicable. Join us in this process and help lay the foundation of the controls that will shape the neighborhood for years to come.

For a refresher on Urban Design Guidelines and there purpose please check out some of the materials from our kick off meeting HERE.

Materials from our most recent open house can be found here.
